we had a downtime .
so we have added 1 Gb extra space for all the existing customers..

Speeds are pooping out a whopping 76kbps...it seems this service may be oversold.


Update:
Its running back at normal speeds now, lets hope it stays that way.

well you can use the space allocated to you ( 5+1 Gib)
so it shouldn't be a problem..

Yea, everything is brutally slow and basically useless! I really dont care about extra disk space...I upload and then delete. I just want fast speeds and uptime...please make this happen.
