Hai Moggy

If i had any hope that they would fix it (or even give it a try) of course that would be the way to do it.

But in this case it took multiple mails each time they billed me to get my account unblocked, and by the speed of they work most of the month was already gone.

so, forgive me that i got no hope they will fix it. just posting my experience with them on every board i can find to warn everybody THAT ONCE "FS" GETS YOUR CREDITCARD OR PAYPAL NUMBER THEY WILL COLLECT FOREVER.

In UK no problem for me (home ISP=Bethere), my problem is in France where my kimsufi server is.

Would help if you explained this is fewer words, look at this thread, with many problems, just imagine the whole world sending emails to fileserve, no wonder it takes weeks for them to go trough them all.
If you use paypal delete the subscription, with creditcard contact the processor, i doubt that fileserve them self are able to process a creditcard.

to all... fileserve is not a scam, please stop with this stupid claims, rickyfs you are doing great job here, just continue...regards:)
 
Yes, fileserve is not a scam.

They even honestly count downloads.
Maybe someone thinks it's a joke, but...
I only post DL links on my own blog,
and I also use Google Analytics to log the "outbound traffic events".

Although the logged counts are often higher than fileserve's counts,
it's still reasonable because fileserve only counts "completed downloads".
I don't think the difference is unacceptable.

So even there are many ones saying that fileserve always shaves downloads, I don't trust them.
I trust my eye and the statistics of Google Analytics.
To track the outgoing traffic events in wordpress is not hard,
there are many related plugins in the world.

Account problem

Hi, I have a premium account for 6 months, but two weeks that I can not download, the problem seems to only do it with the IP address from the university because it allows me to connect at home downloads.
The site report this message:
"Your download could not be completed. Please try again later."
I sent email to support fileserve and got no answer. Who can I contact? thanks

Hi there everybody.

Just been contacted by fileserve that my account has been repaired, and it really was!

I think it would be a good idea, just to wait a little while instead of shooting our mouth off, I being one of them!
 
But should your account has been blocked to begin with?

I find it funny when people are happy when support solves a problem which shouldnt have been a problem to begin with.

Good morning.
I am "riparatore2" - I have premium account until February 2012 - I use Fileserve from my home computer and a dedicated server located in France. For several days, from the server, I can not download as a premium. I get a written (in jdownloader) informing me that my account is locked ill. With FileserveManager tells me that the service is not active. I would like to know the reason for this and know how to regain full access to my account.
