@ all who keeps typing in here. Try a PM with username and an IP. You're not getting any help otherwise. You can keep spamming this thread all you like but without the above instructions followed you'll get nowhere.
 
Filserver Landing Error 612

Hi Ricky,

On Jdownloader I have a Filserver Landing Error 612 !! I also have a message saying my account is blocked and asking to contact you to unblock it.

"Your premium account Has Been deactivated in JD to Prevent Further Problems ....."

Fileserve account blocked,why?

Hi Ricky,
after two weeks my premium account is still not working. Jdownloader reports "unknown landing error" and I have to download files like free user.
Because of my payment was accepted and my credit card was billed,I think is my right to obtain a service.
In this way I am sure I will not renew my account and I'll make the worst possible speeching of fileserve with all my friends.
I also write to customer support without obtaining any response.
Would you please make something? Or my request will fall into nothing like the one already made?

You're making your job harder yourself by putting a hidden limit on daily downloads without informing people while you advertise with "No daily limit on downloads". The guy is right, it is scam. Shame on you and your service dude. X-(

Not to mention all people you are insulting instead of helping them... :facepalm:

since last week saturday my account has been blocked (Premium until next end of this week)
No reason why even not in FS Dashboard, it still says everything ok.
And in this forum i read only posts just telling the same story.
Nice "none" service you have here.

In addition to that you kept billing my creditcard even after a reply from you that the subscription was cancelled.
Even better was that after collecting the money you still locked the account until requested to unlock it, so you knibble 1 week of every 4 weeks of "maybe" service.

Fileserve = rip off as far as i can notice

i still get this error.. from the dashboard

how can this be fixed is my account blocked?

Lol, give you little hope of being helped soon, always a good idea to start with insults, for all others sent a PM with your username and IP address to RickyFS, unless your from the UK, then read the front page
