The site went up yesterday however was down for some time again at late evening European time. Now FilePost is up again.

We are sorry for the situation and we understand the importance of that, however we also hope for your understanding since technical problems and especially attacks were not planned for sure.
 
@Pirateboy: They are moving very slowly.

So far today, RU works well, stats are not.

Mike, please tell us what the situation is with the stats and if you can, tell us when it will be ok. Thank you.:)
 
I won't stop, problems occur to new file hosts.

I have faith in FP, even if it's very young and new to the market.

Other hosts have been around for years and still suck, without anyone giving a crap.

Stats are still frozen, btw.

The statistics works properly and goes up now. I believe night problems played their negative role, however now a number of downloads is increasing.

I can see a very small percentage of errors today for RU - all hostings work quite well.

Be sure, counted properly. Once again, yesterday and night problems have influenced the whole situation however I hope we will see much better results in the end of the day.

Have both of you created accounts here to request compensation and abuse the hosting? Your few posts do not tell me any history behind you unfortunately.
 
Long waiting time will make them hit and run. Please consider to reduce the waiting time. It will make them choose your service as the first choice. Then they will get familiar with your service and turn to be paid user.

Web upload speed is very good for me. I'm getting stable 700-800 kb/s in Europe.

Thanks for fixing it, FilePost. I can finally update my website.:)
 
The message 'Your download is not found or has expired' is really annoying for free users, doesn't help the uploaders too. Whenever you entered the wrong captcha or didn't enter the captcha in time, the message appears. This is misleading because people think the file is unavailable for download (received several reports from free users already) but it is in fact the problem with the captcha system. Can this be improved?

We will look into that - I remember that such issue was solved in the past.

asap-that's why the server was not available for some time. We will try our
best to avoid such problems in future.


It does not become a reason that a server was not able to use etc.
The number of downloads has not counted correctly.
The system is wrong.
Why doesn't filepost accept a mistake?
Today's statistics are 1/20 of the day before yesterday.
For the fault of a system, a count may mistake statistics by other filehost.
However, other filehost does not accept the fault of a system.

Is the count of the number of downloads exact or not?
Please check well once again.
This number of downloads is wrong.
