Here is the update on the situation:-
The primary HDD of one of our Rapidleech Server had crashed a few hours ago.We have informed our Data Center about it.Since,it was sunday yesterday,they said it couldn't be done then itself.HDD would be replaced today(as said by DC) and after that we would re-install OS.Install Control Panel and setup your new accounts and mail them.Since the entire HDD broke down.We lost some client data.Those clients who are having problems please open a support ticket with their Rapidleech URL,their plan and their registered mail address with us.Incase you have problems reaching billing department,contact me via PM.
We are trying as fast as we can bring back the service online.Kindly bear with us during this downtime.You will be fully compensated for this downtime.
