Hi Ricky, i sent a message to you guys from the Fileserve contact page (didn't get an automated response/ticket... maybe the servers are swamped heh.)

My username is the same as the one on this board and i've been wrongfully affected by the 612 error aswell... i PM'd you with my username and IP, can you unrestrict my account please.... i've been trying to use it all day.

I've got that landing 612 issue at home...but at work it's working fine - i can download without any issues.

What i ask you is: how can i avoid being blocked at work and at home ? should i send you both ips and my account name?
