For fileserve, as far as i know that 1newrl's IP is banned by them.
So, it was using proxy, and yes, slower than without proxy,
Just wait for diko resolve this problem, I know he must be had any idea of this slow download issues.
For any others host, would you please to take a few screenshots and attach it on your ticket?

Just an update.
1. RS download problem has been fixed in NL servers.
2. Login issue and uncompleted transload process has been fixed, it's all because of a huge amount of error log created in everyone's RL.
