It is obvious when buying dedicated server you have to provide proof that you are legit person and card/paypal owner

It is not crappy $1.99 unlimited hosting this is a £150 dedicated server

So you are claiming here that rapidspeeds does not keep there word of the time frame? Your order was marked as fraud. You were asked to provide identity proo, untill then your order is frozen.
Why not file a dispute? Very simple, paypal willll ask you exactly the same thing and your account will be closed down.

ciaociao4, all you needed to do was open a ticket and ask that a manager looked into it if you felt you did not get a satisfactory response from a sales or support agent... Fraud gets marked as Fraud for a reason, and you have not helped your case at all by just slandering our company and not even providing a simple ticket ID that would have made sense to no one else but one of our employees if you were looking for a resolution... English isn't my first language either but I know I wouldn't use an english forum unless I could speak the language properly. If you can't provide ID when you were marked as fraud then you obviously have something to hide, and we do not want users like that on our network.

Anyway, if you are legitimate, message me a ticket ID or your client ID, i'll look into it and get it resolved. Not to toot our own horn but we turn over 2million pounds a year and have close to a million pounds worth of server equipment, I somehow doubt we would be clinging onto your £25, £50 or whatever it was if this was the case.
 
The reason you are waiting a long time is because you were ARP Poisioning our network sniffing for spare IPs to use... if you give me the excuse it wasn't you and one of your clients then you shouldn't be selling servers if you don't know how to manage them.

We knew this was the case, and I made sure I got this double-checked and confirmed by the Network Design Engineer of EvoSwitch. I already forwarded you the E-Mail.

To quote them exactly: "Customer seems to do active arp poisoning so it is deliberate and not a mistakenly assigned ip to his server."

Don't act the fool Anurag and try make out like we take time to answer tickets, we're at the top of our game right now and things are running smooth as butter.

If you want me to get picky i'll tell Andy to nullroute every IP we have received an Abuse e-mail about you for... and by my count that would be 90% of your servers/IPv4 addresses down. No host in the world would be as accomodating as we have been to you.

man i was thinking of useing his shared hosting to seems every rapidspeeds warez reseller has massive issues
 
I'm afraid your budget is too low to host in EvoSwitch.
Perhaps you can take a look at the OVH servers.

The cheapest RapidSpeeds has is a dedicated server on 100 Mbps unmetered or a semi-dedicated could help you out as well.


agreed ovh is going to be prob ur only option for dedicated server unless you do vps from RS how ever you can find RDP accounts that are designed for video encodeing at some sites but most of these servers are from kisufimi and are on 100Mb/s lines
 
hes asking for encoder server b/w usally isnt that big of a deal they usually want ram and cpu but yes post4host is correct you will receive better b/w priceing and speed from RS but equivalent power house is much more expensive from RS by prob about 300$

Please get in touch with me. I ordered a semi-dedicated server on Oct 10 from you guys and since then I have had nothing but trouble. The server has frozen 7 times needing a cold reboot and causing all sorts of problems to my data.

I sent you a PM more than a week ago and never heard from you.
 
First of all,

I was always happy being with you. But the thing is... I have problems with you now. :(

I get that it's not your fault that RIPE messed up rDNS for IP range where even my site is. But you offered me new additional IP from different (working) IP range. I said yes. But I keep waiting. Meanwhile I keep getting back registration mails from AOL members. Because of that rDNS. I'm running forum. And people need to register there. So I'm kinda nervous about whole situation. As it's not only about 5 or so members. :(

26/10/2011 16:40 - The USA Problem has been rectified. Our Catalyst 8x10G-port blade failed and we had to wait on Cisco delivering a new one.

Still waiting for the answer. I even PMed Glenn and Darren here. Nothing. Like they are ignoring me. I keep waiting already for week! I'm paying everything in time. Not breaking any terms. I just want you to fix problem with not working PTR. I even sent you tutorial right from RIPE. You could at least answer me with updating situation...
