Loving the service! my blog is faster, Without even using the cache plugin and the support is better now (y).
 
I'm switching my current host (thehostingpalace) for poor service. Last month i got more than 5 e-mail about their server downtime. Though i didn't setup my site at that time. But after i setup my site within 4 day it was down for 2nd time. I can't tolarate any more. Adbrite rejected my site for downtime. :((
 
I'm switching for the same exact reason!!! So much downtime! The servers been down almost 24/7 the past 4 days, and they ALWAYS got an excuse for it to make it like it's not their fault. Then they switch servers, db's aren't transffered, gottta do it manually, and tonight I just had enough.. I got home and it was down so I said fuk it and left. Worst host experience ever
 
I really apologize for the downtime you guys encountered, both the owner and me were unable to get on a computer for a few days (and somehow the server crashed). Server is up for 2+ days now, just submit a ticket if you have any more problems.

Also, server's load is 30% lower now.

Again, I'm really sorry for everything.
 
Seriously, the owner was called for military exercise and I had a lot of stuff going on this week. Got a lot of ticket to handle now.

Again, I apologize for the downtime. Oh and, we'll make up for this.


EDIT: @Mr-R-T, yes, already on it.
 
We're doing some work on thehostingpalace.com, it's on a completely different server. It'll be up by the end of the day (all clients are up).

And I see you have your own company to worry about (especially you bentink), mosey along now.

Conclusion: if thp.com is down it doesnt mean clients' sites are too.
