Well yes, But consider the fact that he'll be able to view your account information. Also, As only one set of accounts are stored in sBorg, Whatever he tries to upload will be uploaded to your accounts(Unless he changes the account details all the time!)

On US sBorg, you'll get from 2~4 MB/s for single transload and up to 20 MB/s on multiple file transload.
Will consider for next release.
