edit: previous posts mention broken upload plugins for main filehosts like WU, FS, Fsc.

A downloader downloads and an uploader uploads.:P

No actually, with a uploader account you can download files from one filehost and then upload them to another (or the same filehost).

A downloader account enables you to download a file, but the line stops there.
