I want to apologise on behalf of RapidSpeeds to everyone who has had to wait for a reply over the past week or so. I explained in my last post that it would be a good few days before things were back to normal, and as important as this thread is to us (and I normally check daily) we've had more important things to attend to..
We have updated all clients via a mass email at the beginning of the acquisitions, and updated people on IRC; the website will be updated tomorrow to reflect all changed and the forums will be replaced with a blog.
With all that aside, I can say with pride and certainty, that within 24hours, all areas of the business will be back to normal. We have new offices open within the next few weeks and we have hired additional staff (on top of staff gained from the merger), so expect some new faces and some more nice changes.
All I can say is thanks for bearing with us, we really appreciate it!
