Files are getting lost, after upload... using web upload, any ideas Ricky? I have 3 links, that I uploaded, that dissapeared...

No, they are not in DMCA or similar, they just ended nowhere, link that I got, wasn't available from the beginning... so, are some servers down, or web upload have bugs?
