Hello , we sent email to you regarding the same at your linked email to the account on the same day of this problem.
The customer paid by echeque , unfortunately xfs system treats it as payment received , and converts the account into premium and sale is counted , but it is not , the payment was refunded / not credited / cancelled.
You can it yourself , you will come to know about it.
We have now asked our development team to sort this.

6 months we did not charge any fee , and we are still charging standard fees.
If you use us as primary host , put us on top of other filehosts you working with , we might not charge you any fee.
