8-9 downtimes, what in the year? two years? I really have no idea what you are refering about, I dont claim there hasnt been downtimes but they are all handled in a reasonable amount of time and are extremely infrequent and generally caused by issues outside my control (Sweden gets most of them, HostKey is a pretty reliable host).
Russia_1 and Russia_2 are not offline, I will repeat what I said before: The only issues on the russian services is that account setup and changes are delayed due to Swedish node timeouts. Expect account setup to take a few minutes in reguards to being instant normally.
Refund, im sorry but all your claims are false I fail to see why I should refund you on the basis of false claims, you may have had success if you had gone on to suggest valid reasons (I doubt you have any, claiming a single downtime as your reason is NOT acceptable) I would have considered it. Threatening to blackmail me and slander my service is not acceptable behavior and I will not tolerate it. You are lucky I didn't report it to the admins of this site.
I do not run this service to make a profit. I run it as both a service to the community and a convenient way for me to get my own reverse proxy service hosting for free. Should the time ever come where I deem it too much hassle I would consider closing the doors (in which case I would most likely continue the service for existing customers though, so dont worry).
Inforcer, if you wish to continue this conversation I suggest via Private message, else you can expect to get your messages reported to the admin.

The small downtime are most likely problems with the backend server as this is a live site hosted via the Swedish node (which is currently offline).
Oh and just a note, not that it matters, im currently paying $2.50/MB for mobile internet to post this, thats how annoying you are being. There is absolutely nothing I can do at this stage about the downtime until the power outage is resolved.
