We do not have an exact list as the sites update automatically (jdownloader). Some sites show captchas from time to time , which may leads to failed downloads.

Services like streamtape should actually be supported, Doodstream only at certain times. It is often not worthwhile to develop and support custom plugins for individual hosts, as the effort is then too great.

Your account is not blocked, perhaps you have stored incorrect/old access data? As a rule, you can reset the password using the password reset function.

(We send out an email when accounts are blocked) :)

We do not offer 360p at all, if at most 480p. 720p (which is the name for 1280 x 720 pixels) has 1300kbits for us.

The encoding settings are listed here: https://voe.sx/files/encoding-queue

Otherwise you can create a ticket here: https://voe.sx/tickets then we can check your video/account, in case there is a bug somewhere. :)

Yes, unfortunately the payment service provider had some delays, the orders were already handed over to them at the end of last week. It was supposed to arrive today, but then there was another query regarding one transaction.

We have now answered it, as a rule they process this within 24 hours on working days. So that should be fleshed out tomorrow, I suppose.

in short, there is a terrible compress. the video quality decreases all the time.

Everyone compresses, larger file size => more traffic => higher costs. If you upload videos that have a high bitrate (3000 kbits+) but are not even 720p in size, they will be converted to 480p, which will have a negative effect. You then have to convert them manually beforehand.

We also have 1080p with max. 3600 kbit/s | CRF 22, so good quality, but only with paid outgoing traffic (2$/TB).

there is exactly the problem you mentioned. my videos are not high quality, and the compression makes them even more bad. I didn't understand the last thing you said. how do I convert it manually?

??? it is really annoying. for example, there is a 100mb video, and after compressing it, it's turning into a terrible trash 20mb. video. this wasn't so much before. if I had, I wouldn't have used it at all.
