Recent updates:
- Background/thumbnails on the premium paywall page were not displayed correctly.
- automatic detection of the browser language has been integrated.
- fixed a 500 error which was displayed to the logged in file owner if there is only 1 limited quality.
- Update of the translations, a few missing translations have been integrated.
- a reseller option has been added to the API, allowing resellers to generate premium keys independently.

You have selected 1080p as the only quality for your account. Although this can currently be encoded with the Webmaster package, it can only be played with premium accounts or with ad-free premium traffic (because 1080p consumes significantly more traffic/storage space). You can select Multi-Quality in the settings, then 480p, 720p are available at any time and 1080p depending on the user or premium traffic.

The 500 error you received has been fixed in the meantime. :)

I have unblocked you again in the meantime. Unfortunately, your account has a lot of bot traffic, which is why at least 20gb of traffic is used per view.

Have you also just created a ticket regarding this?

Normally via the settings, but I think you have booked a webmaster package, which includes 1TB of ad-free traffic. The downloads were previously also activated with this package. We have now adapted this and integrated a pause button.
Since you don't earn anything with ad-free traffic, click here once on pause: https://voe.sx/webmaster-upgrades at "Premium Traffic" so that you have the webmaster package benefits, but continue to earn money through advertising.
 
They have too much disorder when it comes to multi-qualities, sometimes it works well and sometimes it creates a double 720p version and now they are encoding the 720p videos that are in the correct audio and video bitrate that they did not do before and that was very good, it seems that all the time The configuration parameters change, sometimes it works perfectly, if it is in 720p with the correct bitrate it creates only the 480p and leaves the original 720p, sometimes it re-encodes the 720p and duplicates the 720p or it creates the 480p but also re-encodes the 720p and so on, they don't get Okay, that's why I won't upload the videos yet because it will be a disaster.

This is due to the fact that the functions were only integrated 1-2 weeks ago and in retrospect some situations have arisen that were not considered. However, as only limited support was provided during the public holidays, there were now many things to do. We are currently going through any tickets/reports one by one to analyze/optimize them. But you can also wait a few days. There have been more than 160 small site updates in the last 4 days. ;)
 
The 720p files are being duplicated and if you delete them and upload them again they remain the same, that is, they are never really deleted but remain as a backup which does not help the problem of duplicating the files, the space, etc.

eso pasa solo en el reproductor beta donde esta la multicalidad a escoger por el usuario, el otro igual es multicalidad pero automatico segun la red, lo del doble click es porque el primero es precarga y el segundo es reproduccion

Unfortunately, I can't give you any information on that. We have updated our entire system in the background in the last 24 hours so that we can integrate a few encoding/upload performance optimizations in the long term.

At the moment various files have to be converted, 15.8k are currently in the queue.
 
Now the encoding is worse, it encodes 480p, but the 720p (original) disappears and only remains to play in 480p, ruining the purpose of multi-quality and that of the user

Regarding the multi-quality issue, that should work again since the 16th. We replaced the encoding process in the background for an upcoming encoding update, which unfortunately caused a bug for two days.

One link has "File Not Found" and the other is IP restricted, this was displayed shortly after your message. We do not offer individual host support unless it is large one, as the effort is too great to invest many hours of time because of 20-30 links.
 
Could you please add the option to add custom size for embeds like any other video hosting already does? I need to manually change it for every video and it's a very slow process :(

The following feedback was received during the last days"The deltabit displays (cloudflare) captchas, which is why we cannot support the remote download." We do have options to bypass the captchas, but they cost something and are usually not worth it.

Recent updates:
- a bug has been fixed that only outputs one folder instead of all folders in the api output.
- A bug has been fixed that prevented the Premium Traffic Pause from pausing correctly.
- Option integrated to hide the "Hosted by VOE" banner in the player.
- All ordered Webmaster packages have been extended free of charge.
- The 0% "Short-video adult site" option has been fully integrated/completed.
- There have been some optimizations in the 480p encoding, the current encoding settings are now listed here: https://voe.sx/files/encoding-queue
- An option has been integrated to define the width/height size of the embed videos yourself (cookie-based).
