from what i observe after using for ~2 months,
files not having much downloads are delete less then 30 days even for premium account.
and sometime files that just upload less than 24hours are delete as well.

Files are never deleted on purpose less than 24 hours after uploading - What would be the point of that for me?

But maybe sometimes something is wrong with the file and it is deleted - I have no idea - But we do not randomly delete files.
