no need to hear others comment abt rate or download tiers, if u want stay long in the market.....this is th 1st Rule.
tk consider on some other things to earn faith abt ur FH among ppls.

As ur PPD rate is low = $3/1000, u cud nt say minimum Payout = $20 is good,u have to make it $10 (at least fr 1st couple of months s starting).
You need to mention about weekly Payout System (Payout within 5 - 14 days after Requesting Payout Totally Sux & confusing)
