Hey:

I have a problem in login to payza, and system always show me:

The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again.

So, i tried to rest my password, after that i received a rest link in my in-box, when i follow the link, it ask me to inter my new password and password confirmation.

Again, i tried to login again using my new password and my email, but the same message came out:

The email address or password is incorrect. Please try again.

What is the solution?
 
I would like to ask can I withdraw funds from my unverified account? Which withdraw option would be available for a local bank in Bulgaria EU member country?

Great questions! You'll see the answers intertwine.

So members would actually have to sign up and verify to be able to deposit funds from their credit card to their Payza balance.

Members won't be able to make direct purchases with the use of a credit card, but will however be able to deposit 500$/1000$ monthly. Currently only Visa is accepted.

One advantage of members signing up is a drastic drop in chargebacks. Since the purchase comes from the E-wallet and not directly from the credit card, the chargeback fee of 25$ is only applied to the customer.

Our network is protected by a 128-bit SSL encryption system and by the FraudMatrix, Payza’s proprietary, flagship real-time monitoring platform which instantly identifies suspicious activity. We also have a team of professional fraud prevention analysts who assess external security threats to our system and ensure members’ accounts are not compromised by attempts at hacking our system.

i have a registered company and i wanted to use your business account but i have few queries


  1. Can i accept Visa/Master/Diner without my users signing up on payza
  2. Do you have any fraud control system ?
  3. How do you treat charge backs ? Is it free to fight a charge back or do you charge a fee ?

I forgot my Transaction PIN and then i emailed payza as i also forgot my IInd security question's answer.
They asked me some info and i replied after that they asked me for my indentification documents.
I submitted 2 days ago but still no reply from them :(
Can you do it asap?

We are catching up to get things rolling out smoother. We are looking to get back to our regular time frames.

Right now we are having an issue with Indian bank transfers. We are going to send a mass email to all our members with more details concerning this.

Let us know if your bank has credited your completed bank wire.

Just a follow-up on my last post in this thread, PayZa completed my bank wire a few hours ago so I guess things are getting sorted out and you shall receive your funds shortly.

It was completed 9/6/2012 10:42:25 AM.
When was the check sent? It’s now 9/15/2012 and I still do not have this.

This afternoon I received an internal memo explaining that there are delays with the Indian bank transfer. Not much information was provided other than more details will soon follow. They are going to actually send everyone affected a mass email with an explanation shortly.

When are you going to allow bank transfer like PayPal does to US citizens? I can't withdraw any money from your service because of it.
 
which bank you requested champ of champs and did bank said to you fill some paper and make signature. And how much you loose during this whole process

When Local Bank Withdrawal Completed. Everybody Want To Know.

I requested bank-wire on Sep 12 2012 and got completed email in next 2 days &
Received money today in my bank , You can say once your status got completed in payza then it take more 2 to 3 working days to reach amount in your Indian Bank
 
no master card verify,i want mobile phone verify:(
and my account isnt verifed,could i recieve money and buy someting such as vps server

Hi, I have done two bank transfers to Payza which showed the next day. However, I did one on 13th September which is still saying pending. I have raised a ticket and sent a tweet but no answer. My transaction reference is 72A20-405D4-3CB6A.

Got it today. Thanks. I guess I should have read the FAQ that it can take 3 weeks to receive a check.

Most of the time we see it take 2 week, it can however take up to three weeks.

Looks like these are still in progress. If the other party doesn't reply within 7 days, the dispute will get escalated and our resolution specialists will handle the transactions. We'll strive towards a positive resolution.

I would think it would be best to cancel the transaction at this point. Let me know if your funds don't show on your balance I'll arrange the conversion.

Thanks for the question, we offer euro based members the bank transfer options. Have a look at our local payment options, just be sure to select your country from the drop down menu.

Payza_Advisor, I'm from Bosnia and Herzegovina and I would like to discuss about the problems we have. We cannot access to the http://www.payza.com and this problem is showing along before, but we are able to access https://secure.payza.com/login.aspx. Now, it seems we can't access to secured server, so we cannot proceed with any transactions or check our Payza Account, only via http://m.payza.com. Please check what's the problem.
