Samar has reported this issue to staff and claims that the ticket was deleted, can you do the needful ASAP (give Samar the backup files)?

You need to send email proofs of the ticket # you are claiming was deleted, report this post to send email proofs (screenshots).
 
its been 12 hours and my hosting is still in pending mode, allthough we have paid via LR. Why it take so long ti activate. If you can't maintain a single hosting website then leave it, don't lie people.
