- WinRAR: Please use "Store" as compression method
- Please choose a folder "created in your HDD" as IDM Temporary directory. (IDM > Downloads > Options > Save To)
- REFUND Policy-SpeedyRDP has a 24 Hour refund policy. If a Client is unsatisfied with our service he has to request the refund in 24 hours. This has to be done by opening a Support Ticket. Client needs to explain the reason/ s for his request. Refund will not be issued for a fault of third-party (i. e. a Website, File Host, Software/ Tool Provider). However users are free/ encouraged to try our services before making a purchase. Please contact a staff and request a demo account.
- Server Restarts: For some reason if the server performance becomes bad we will restart the server. Depend on the urgency of the situation you may or may not get a notification. We will also restart the server if its needed for software, hardware installations.
- Working Hours: 1 AM to 4 PM GMT (including Weekends)
- Don't ever post the server IP in public. When you mention it anywhere, just mention the last number sets (like this: xx.xx.179.93)
- We accept Paypal, Moneybookers/ Skrill and Payza/ Alertpay
