Don't know what is the reason but he's inactive as support. If I set aside pending payments and forget about it for a while, there are other problems like upload is. The only time frame where is possible to make some uploads is late evening (at least for us in Europe [UTC +01]). During the day...

Don't believe everything you read, some of that is true, most not. There were always disgruntled users, even at time of FileSonic, FileServe ... I use SF and I'm pleased. Don't have experience with - UJ!? Choose what you consider smart and good for you.
