There is no weekends in this business. You always need to have your laptop(or iPhone) with you to ensure everything is up and running.
 
not sure if you guys have noticed it but there is a mobile number mentioned on the website u can call...

* the last time i tried messaging it to get a quote, i got a promt reply...

maybe you people should call/msg on that number to get a quicker response.
