Web Upload from Firefox is okay, I only have small speed on sborg. :/
Weird - my NL based VPS gives the above speed. I haven't tried uploading a bigger file though - what is the average filesize in your case?

Ah, sorry! I was at office and I don't check WJ from there. I hope the issue has been fixed - if it hasn't then please raise a support ticket and wait for Somik to respond.
