What is sBorg?
sBorg is a php based script that is capable of downloading from several filehosts and uploading the files back to your account in select filehosts.
sBorg is a php based script for uploaders. You enter the filehost or direct links or torrent file that you want to process. Lets say its a movie. You enter the links or upload the .torrent file, select what you want to do and start sBorg. sBorg will download the files from filehosts using your premium accounts that you provide in setup page. If its a torrent that you uploaded, it’ll download the the torrent and move the files to its directory. After download is done it’ll scan what it has downloaded. If its a rar/zip/001 file, it’ll extract/merge the files to get the original file. If its a video file, it’ll take screenshots of the video and upload to imagehost. It’ll also remove files such as .nfo .txt .url and others that are included in the archive. If you have chosen to rename the file, it’ll rename them all and add your desired prefix. Then it’ll grab IMDB information about the movie and start creating your post with screenshot, imdb info, title/description that you procided and so on. After that, depending on your choice, it’ll re-rar/split the completed file and upload back to filehosts into your account. It’ll include the links in the post and finally post on your blog/forums/ucms that you have chosen. It’ll also keep a copy of the post in its log.
Best part is, it does everything on its own so you can close your browser as soon as you hit the “activate” button. It’ll do everything and mail you the report.

sBorg was tested and works on the following operating systems:

- Ubuntu Servers (uses Suhosin, not supported, we are testing it)
- Debian (uses Suhosin, not supported, we are testing it)
- Ubuntu (desktop) and its derivatives Kubuntu, Puppy Linux, Linux Mint (requires winrar to be installed on server)
- Windows XP
- Windows 2003 Server
- Windows Vista

For all of the above operating systems, 32 bit filesystem only supports up to 1.9 GB (for linux) and 3.9 GB (for windows) so a 64 bit operating system is recommended.

What is sBorg email & key?
sBorg email & key are like username & password to install sBorg. If you have bought 5 install tickets, you can use the same email & key to install (or reinstall) sBorg 5 times.
What are install tickets?
Install tickets define the number of times you can install or reinstall sBorg. On each sBorg account, you have a certain number of install tickets. To install sBorg, you will need to have at least 1 install ticket in your account. If you want to reinstall sBorg (or install sBorg again when a new version comes out or install on a different server or a different folder on same server), you will require one more install ticket.
When you install or reinstall sBorg by going to install.php and entering your email and key, 1 install ticket is deducted from your sBorg account, so if you had 5 install tickets, and you install sBorg once, you'll have 4 install tickets left in your account. You can check how many install tickets you have in your account by going to setup page, and clicking the button at bottom right marked "Check install tickets" to check how many install tickets you have left in your sBorg account.
Please note that "Install tickets" does not mean we will install it for you. If you want us to install sBorg for you, buy our sBorg hosting plans, which comes with everything ready to use (hosted on our server) or buy Windows or Linux "Server setup" plan for us to install sBorg on a server of your choice.
Do i have to pay for free updates?
As you can probably tell from the name, free updates are free of charge. The are like patches and will fix bugs in sBorg or add/remove filehost and small features. You will get a notification when a free update is available. Just enter your sBorg email & key and the free update will be installed on your sBorg.
What are upgrades?
Upgrades are new versions of sBorg with lots of new features and changes. There are some modifications we cannot do on free updates as it requires the core files to be altered. This is when an upgrade for sBorg is released. Upgrades needs a complete sBorg reinstallation so it uses up 1 of your install tickets. You can keep your old sBorg and install the new sBorg in a seperate folder and run them both side by side; or you can delete your old sBorg and run a new sBorg installation. Upgrades are optional and are completely up to you to install. Once a new version of sBorg is released, the old version of sBorg is considered obsolete and patches for it wont be released (unless its a security patch).
