MIX could go as well. But not now. This way we can ensure people are uploading more quality content. With pure PPD people upload all sorts of trash nobody really needs.
This is not decision made over night. After monitoring sales figures and who generates them it was decided that PPD plan is not making enough money.

I checked numerous times. You can change your earnings plans from MIX to PPS and from PPS to MIX. If you still have problems you should submit support ticket. Provide enough info to help you ( acc name, any errors you see etc)

According to your plans, PPD only has 2 payment options WB and WMZ
But if I use PPD plan first then switch to PPS before I request payout would you pay me via paypal?
