Made an order on March 18th for a new Server, paid it instantly and since then no response.
Now 6 days later no payment confirmation, no server access, nothing!

Please answer to my ticket (PM me if you need the Number) and solve this problem.

and so my last post dated:
- 3/25/2014 4:54's also no response, I think it would normally judiceux you leave a minimum of 24h 48h 48h it will be this evening I have no answer, I would be reimbursed for months left to me because I find it annoying as a customer,

I hope to have an answer as soon as possible,

worst experience ever with this host. support sometimes takes 3 days to answer, wasted 2 weeks while i managed to setup system because when i need restart there is no one around to do it for 3 days... and when i got everything working somehow they hacked my paypal and made a chargebacks because they probably couldn't stand not being able to watch what am i doing on a server (SSH tunneling on a ubuntu) while they could and did sniff my activity when win server was initially installed. i checked with netstat and found another session on RDP port from chinese IP address.

and a note to WJ staff or EX staff: do not trash my messages and falsly acuse me for racism or whatever the shit that's got nothing to do with statements i made. at least now you don't have to since you already sold the site.

HIGLY UN-RECOMMENDED HOSTING. with chinese SCAM in play
