Did rs block any 1's acc recently?
I have around +300 euros till now, but i don't have the courage to request payoff after seeing all accounts blocked off due to this illegal sh*t. =)
Only few people get paid off so far. Rapidshare is earning more and paying less. No wonder Hotfile is taking over so far, and even its payment method is the best so far.
I think we all uploaders must make a stand against Rapidshare .... maybe i am dreaming 8-)

I think you guys forgetting this.
II. Upload Regulations
(1) Basically, users may save any file at RapidShare irrespective of the file format or of the file contents. Excluded, however, are files the possession and/or circulation of which is illegal, such as
- - child pornography content,
- - works the download of which violates third party copyrights;
- - racist or violence-glorifying works,
- - instructions to criminal offences against public peace.
(2) RapidShare will block access to such contents immediately after obtaining knowledge thereof and will delete them after an examination phase of 14 days. Furthermore, it will delete files which are identical to previously deleted files.
(3) With regard to users who violate these upload regulations, RapidShare is entitled to terminate the contractual relationship without notice , to block the access of the respective users to its services and/or to delete accounts of such users including all contents.

Many of you guys saying we reached around 50k Points in a week or so.I think its due to pornography content ,and when u request a payoff RS examines whether the credited RapidPoints on the points account were acquired in accordance with the terms of use, in particular before exchanging the RapidPoints for bonuses.
And your acc get locked by rapidshare.Stop uploading Porn especially Child Pornography If not then don't request a payoff.Its just my thinking not advice

can u guys be a little generous and tell me a warez forum that accepts hotfile uploads and where posters generally post in HF, coz when i post in HF, my users say to mirror it in RS...one great forum can change my luck...plz suggest some real HF supporting warezForum.

Hotfile are scammers too.
After being with them for 4 months and being paid on regular basis, I noticed that two weeks ago I didn't get paid although the amount was over US$15.
When I checked my account settings I saw that the payment details miraculously had disappeared.
I reentered last week my details xxxxx@paypal.com
Tuesday I noticed that I was paid. However, the money wasn't added to my Paypal balance.
I then checked again my details: xxxxx@paypal.com (I didn't make any chances between last week and Tuesday because I had no Internet available).
Wrote to hotfile which informed me that at the time of payment the email was xxxxx @ webmoney.
Because they can't get a refund on a wire to Web Money, the result was that I am out of luck and lost about US$24.
I am sure that all the details were correct.
I am sure that they won't give evidence of their payment nor will anything do to correct.

shavin u should better use hf only if u don't want to get stucked with rs.. cause while uploading porn.. hf never blocks it.. u may have seen over the network.. but rs does..!!
so if webmasters n especially katz allow hf links rather than rs as their primary links then it would b good for us..!!
but i don't think katz would do so.. cause 70% of peps in dis world use rapidshare as the word for downloading..
but lets see.. try n contact if he can..!!

sniffdog someone else have your account password if the money is sent to account you dont own, some of these guys who host rapidleech steals your filehosting passwords then change payment details day before payment is sent then change it back to what it was. or you might have used same password you use on hf on some other sites.

1. when referral points where given for new customers and no points for downloading were given???
or
2. when referral points were scraped and PremiumPoints were given for downloading files...

final got 100 € after two months :D
After RS being a pain and changing the rules regarding how to use points to generate accounts (I have a Collectors Account) I decided to move all my files to a m8's premium account (which we share). I then requested a reward (the limited edition t-shirt) and I recieved this two days ago after waiting a couple of weeks (give or take a bit). I am now waiting for the Logitech mouse.
No problems here so far but I am not requesting a cash payout just in case.
