There was some issue with one of servers, so we temporarily moved some users. Don't worry about that,If any problem exists, our support service is 24x7 via live chat/skype/ticket.

I assume thats why there is 14 users on the one I am on, there should only be 8 users.

I dont use Skype sorry.

The RDP I bought is advertised with max of 8 users.

I now see 16 users.
Not really an issue exept for the performance.

everything is working ok, just wondering why the double amount of users ...

We don't put all encoding users on the same server, most of them are economy users. If we put 12 encoders on same server as mentioned on encoding rdp -1 plans,
It will be very difficult for users. So, there are 2-3 more users than written on plans but mostly economy users and very less encoders & as you can see only 6-7 users are active at a time.I dont think it causes any problem.
But Still, If you have still any performance related problem, you can contact us on support ticket/livechat/skype.
