What's happen to Wupload , it will increase your traffic

I'll try my best to increase premium sales ratio

You won´t have legal problems by yourself, probably you will have problems in a short future because you cant reach putlocker.com (Caused by ISP filters imposed by governments and copyright lobbys)

Anyway you will could continue using Putlocker without problems through VPN/Proxys
