hi friends this time i have centos 6.4 64bit on my server.. i want uninstall this and again fresh install on my server or reinstall
please can any tell me how to uninstall or reinstall or install centos on server through ssh commands

Didn't the host gave you access to a control panel ?
Check your e-mail, you should be able to reinstall from there.

Do you have IPMI or KVM access? If so, you could attempt to do it via that but based on this thread I suggest contacting your provider and asking them to do it it for you. Be aware your provider may charge a one-time fee for this which is usually anywhere from $15-30, since it requires admin time to process OS reloads, unless they have an automated reload system.
 
You need VNC or IPMI access to accomplish this. There are ways to do this via ssh, but not without a special setup via VNC/IPMI and setting up network and ssh in the installer shell.
 
Does your VPS Provider not have a control panel? Most use SolusVM, which has a reinstall function or mount an ISO function which you can use VNC to install (KVM/XEN)
