You should rest each muscle group at least a day before you can train them again. Some muscles can be trained more often than others. For example, the stomach can train every 24 hours, I believe. If I say something wrong now, please correct me.

nope that's not true
abs muscle is like every other muscle in your body
doing curl ups just make your abs stronger it does not remove fat
 
You should also only do bicep workouts once a week and after every workout eat a heavy meal.

nope not true you just need 24 hr rest if your doing even more intense add 48 hr in middle. you wanna eat heavy meal before so you get the energy that you want when you work out
 
You should eat a big meal afterwards, not necessarily before. You can train on an empty stomach.

I would not recommend, but it is not impossible
