I dont like the part in abs workout that they don't show how many times you have to do per week like me i did it everyday and its not good for you
when you get muscle imbalansed your fucked.
3 times a week is good

You should rest each muscle group at least a day before you can train them again. Some muscles can be trained more often than others. For example, the stomach can train every 24 hours, I believe. If I say something wrong now, please correct me.

I tend to eat fast carbs immediately after training. About 1 hour after training I tend to enjoy a larger meal. I have a calorie surplus every day, because I want to gain weight.

Sometimes I train the same muscle group twice per week. I have a three day program. I can train three days in a row, one day break and train three days again.

I'm a vegetarian so I work out then drinking whey protein afterwards, then shortly after I'll try and eat a large meal such as pasta

I started working out only once a week because of college and stuff, at one point I was working out every other day so I'm trying to get back into working out once every 4 days or so

Sometimes I make myself a whey shake before training. It is only when I train early in the morning, maybe before work. I use 40 grams and mix with a pint of milk. It tastes good. Chocolate flavor.

I feel that the supplement helps.

I drink this 3-4 times a day. Every day.

Hmm, I use about 40 grams also and mix it with water, it tastes okayish.. It's better than others I have had in the past so I can live with it. I read if you drink whey protein you don't put on weight but if you drink normal protein it'll help you put on weight.

I use a pint of milk, it means I get a lot of extra calories.

Calories in, calories out. You will put on you if you drink whey protein, too.

And how's that?If you thalking about pure muscle than whey is a must! "normal protein" you probably mean on cheaper shit and getting weight with them of course because they are full of carb's and not protein because it's cheaper to make and more or less to sell. For pure muscle:
3g of protein on 1 kg your boody mass,2g of carb's,1g of good fat
+ supllements (whey+bcca+creatin etc depend's of budzet).

Although if you want just "weight" (fat) then whey is waste of money.

B-)

The version I have is about 2g fat and 2g carbo per 40g portion.. That's nothing.

You need to eat fat to increase in muscle mass.

I'm considering going into a bulk period.

During this period, I will gain weight and I will increase in fat percentage and musclemass.

After this period, I will begin deffing. In this period, I eat less than I burn, plenty of cardio training to burn off the extra fat and get visible muscles.

No man don't make mistakes like that :) you will increase mass but not muscle mass,if you are on AAS you probably can take that road and you will have better look than other's in same period of time but not good as for contents. So fat?Yea BUT good fat 1 g per 1 kg and for mass go with high amounth of carb's because carb=mass+energy+power+will.

But anyway try what you mean its good for you i just tell you that do not eat to many fat because you (i hope so) are not on proper "supplement" to make fat into muscle :)

EDIT:Good site and the best man for nutrition, there is so much to learn from him.

Of course, I eat healthy fats. Fats from fish, eggs, etc. I manage to get rid of the fat if I want to, considering that I could run long jogs several times a day if I have to. You do not have to eat fat to increase in fat percentage. Do you eat more calories than you burn, some will be stored as fat. Don?

Yes of course carb may turn in fat but if you train hard and stick to plan 3:2:1 this is not possible unless someone think that white brad is good carb :)

I see you mention couple of times joging it's ok and healty but i am with "no pain no gain" B-)

When I've eaten too much food, I tend to jog. If I have not eaten too much food, I see no reason to go jogging. Still, there's always a good thing to jog.

Damn! Thanks for share =)

No problem. Enjoy
