How you don't allow public torrent ? i download my torrents from public sites like KickAss, Extratorrent, H33t, is that what u mean by Public torrents ? if that what u means so i can search other RDP services :)

Yes Those Are Public Torrent Sites You Mentioned

Please Use Private Torrents As We Allowed That Only.

Public 2-3 torrents We will Not Mind But Always Using Public Torrents are Not Allowed. It's Contain Harmful Things So We Do Not Allow Them.
