I don't really have a budge in my mind. I am still comparing few offers I received. Any Location is fine, 99.99% Uptime, CPU Cores & BW is the most important thing for me. Dont really need much space or RAM. So trying to cut-off the cost here.

Virtual Cores is also fine. I may also use it for crypto mining. But everything should be within limits.
