Everything is listed on the first page. Payouts are as follows:

PayPal Cash Cards, OKPay Wallet or Payza: $20.00
Prepaid Visa, Liberty Reserve, Greendot and Webmoney: $100.00
Western Union, Moneygram and Bank Wire Transfer: $500.00

We have removed those options temporarily to secure our business, they will all be up and working shortly.
