We had 2Checkout account closed too (2checkout closed 90% of hosting companies accounts). You can open a ticket on 2checkout's help desk and ask them to refund desired transactions. Just give them in a ticket the list of transactions you wish to be refunded. If you have sufficient funds in your account, they will refund it to your clients. They locked your funds for 3 months exactly for this reason - chargebacks and refunds. I would suggest you to avoid asking clients to chargeback. Chargeback fees are $50 per chargeback on 2Checkout. I'm preety sure you don't want to pay $50 to every client who request chargeback. Good luck with your business! :)
 
Cannot file a chargeback with local bank before 2 months have passed. I opened a dispute with 2checkout through paypal.

I contacted 2checkout instantly after seller did not answer tickets and vps remained pending. This is their reply:

Thank you for contacting 2Checkout. 2CO is an online payment processor so we will not have access to the seller's products. Please contact the seller as they are the business you made the purchase with and they will be able to assist you.


More than a year ago 2Checkout refunded me for a payment without problems but seems they have changed now.
 
They can't refund if seller doesn't agree. The refund request must be sent by the seller.

Looks like I chose the wrong hosting service. You gave refund to your clients but offshorewebspace are not that honourable.

There was a late reply to your ticket to begin with because we had issues with WHMCS license and we couldn't login to Admin area to answer any tickets as license was invalid and couldn't do anything until WHMCS resolved the issue.


I have WHMCS license. If they did that, you must not have paid it, or people reported you.

We honestly did not know refunding was still possible through tickets. When refunding through WHMCS it just gives an error.
And since you also replied back to us yourself saying "I will do a chargeback", we didn't had any reasons to contact 2Checkout either..

Please check the response i made inside the ticket you created today, and i will guarantee you if you comply you will get your money back.

And we did not buy the WHMCS license from them directly, we got a discount somewhere else they had some issue's which are now all resolved.

Your sale was unfortunate, a few moments after your sale the account was closed.

We also never said you had to say we provide good services or simular? You are already accusing us of things before you actually know what the terms are. We only want you to remove these sentences:

He did not apply the wjunction discount code.

There was never something wrong with the coupon (R10 as listed on our first post), it worked with orders before & after yours.

Start your own hosting company with enough customers, then get your servers hit with 100Gbit DDOS inbound and see what happens.

Seems he does not honour his refund policy.

I have started my own hosting company and I am smart enough not to make hosting website on same server with clients website.
But here its not my service the problem but yours.
Also the site offline or coupon code are not the issue here.

What I said is the truth. Even a moderator here told you to give me refund. Did you listen to him? Did you give me the refund?
The answer is no. I don't think it should be a battle over a week to get under $50 refund. Why would I need to do anything for you to ask 2checkout to refund my money from a closed account? You cannot use that money and you still refuse to tell them.

Other hosting companies honor their terms. I know, as I bought from a lot on Wjunction and can say yours is the worst service I have experienced in a long time.

I have explained everything to Paypal and got one invoice refunded, waiting for the second invoice. I would be careful about your current paypal account as they will be checking it.

I have wasted enough time providing evidence to Paypal, 2checkout and forums around the internet. You will see reviews about your service around.
And really wish all the best to your current clients.

Our site never went offline, the servers where the clients are hosted on went offline by the DDOS.

You have never experienced our services so you can't judge its quality, you have only experienced the issue's we had with 2Checkout and a very big DDOS at the same time.

Please reply back to the appropriate ticket, you currently have shared web-hosting not VPS.
This was a bug with the newest version of MySQL that CloudLinux pushed out. It is our understanding that they are working on a fix currently, but we don't have an ETA for resolution. However by installing regular MySQL instead of MySQL governor it fixed all problems.

We are still accepting paypal payments, all issue's with our payment gateways have been solved.

i use while ago they shared servers and i cancel deal, becouse they down every single day and excuse for that its DDOS, hacker attack and shit like this


DDOS attacks are to easy to do these days, everyone can launch one.
If you need DDOS protection you will have to buy a VPS which costs the double.

During your VPS time yes, we had multiple DDOS attacks on the server. Everything appears to have stopped now except the 100Gbit DDOS which is impossible to protect against. At least not for the same prices we are offering.

Its very handy 2checkout closed your account exactly when I paid.
 
You are acting like we did everything deliberately, do you really think we liked our 2Checkout being closed?
Our 2Checkout account contained a lot of more money then just your paid invoices.

Already replied to your ticket, We had a DDoS attack on a client yesterday. But our DC resolved that. And your VPS was showing as Offline in SolusVM so if you would have logged into it you can have had it on this morning.
