i have follow the instructions and clear my DNS catche but nothing happend again. Anyone with the similiar expirience?

what's your site url and are you using open dns or google dns?

I get the same page when visiting the url in the image.
If thats not your url then please post it here so we can assist you. If thats your url I would start by checking that your nameservers have the correct IP to your server.
If the IP is correct I would check your cPanel server if there is an account with that domain name.

Provide more details as what hosting you have (shared, vps), have you uploaded anything on the server etc.
Did the site work at any point or you just started it ?

First Thank you all for your response! this is my two new sites http://www.pornxchoice.net and http://www.yourbabes.net they are on https://www.synwebhost.com (shared hosting) what is my big mistake i think.... I run more sites on other hosting providers and never had any problems especially this type..

Yourbabes loads and redirects a few times but pornchoice does not, should they load the same page?
if so, check your addon domain settings.

I have content in public html and booth page are loading the same thing. I will change the hosting provider. Don't use synwebhost. They sucks and it's waste of time and money

Nope, and my support is horrible. I ask them few times to give me info where they registered my domains i told them that i don't even need refund for hosting (they have refund policy of 30 days) i just want to keep this domains and they don't wanna answer.

They refuse to transfer the domains to your account ?
Then you should open a paypal dispute (if you used PP to pay them).
Pretty low from them.
And make screenshots of the support tickets as proof.
