we pay for all traffic as long as it's human traffic. we don't differentiate countries. we have at least 1 campaign for any country.

In our opinion real visitors are as valuable in all countries.
Since our advertisers have the option to select the countries where they want their traffic from, i don't see why we'd pay less for a chinese visitor than for an U.S. one, if the advertiser selected both countries.

What a "nice" cpm rate, 0.00008 (Yup, 5 zeroes and an 8) for the first 20 something views.
Almost 50% of them are from US and the UK, never imagined rates could be that low.
If I raise the rate, and lower the fill percentage, I get no views, although my site does get views from top countries.

Best network my ass.

No minimum traffic is required to join Ro2.biz but our ads can NOT be displayed on websites that:
- produce or provide adult content, nudity, child pornography and zoosexuality, or contain links to such content;
- engage in, promote or facilitate illegal or legally questionable activities such as pirating and hacking;
- infringe any copyright, trademark, patent or other proprietary right;
- overlay or hide our ads, or overlay them with other ads; Our ad code must be visible on the approved website and can not be put in other pages, scripts or frames;
- place our ads on auto-refreshing pages;
- promote any types of hate-mongering (i.e., racial, political, ethnic, religious, gender-based, sexuality-based or personal, etc.);
- contain materials of violence, obscene or vulgar language, and abusive content or content which endorses or threatens physical harm;
- are pay to click, pay to surf, pay to view, traffic exchange or sites that encourage their users to interact with ads;
- display excessive number of ads or pop-unders.

Do you have any filter for the traffic exposure? I only want people interested in certain areas/keywords..

Otherwise the CTR would be very bad and the bounce mega high

We do not require publishers to get their website approved, however our team manually inspects the traffic we receive and denies websites that do not meet our requirements.

To answer your question viceroid, we currently do not have any filters for traffic exposure.

I do realize that we can't please each and every man on the planet which wants 3 bucks for 20 visits, however I can't stand rudeness.

That's a lie. Those views were generated only when I set the fill rate to 100%.
When I tried the 25% there were no views.

The percentage of views from US+UK wasn't 50% (never said it was), but that still does not justify those rates.

Let the users be the judge of you.
