You will lose your users until fix your issues with your server and personally i don't think there is a urgent problem to fix, it seemed working fine to me. So your priority should be payments first!

if u have problem with server so plesse pay first, and i see your site have not problem i still using good what is your problem?
 
Stop using this host, they don't pay and my guess is this server situtation is just a distraction to scam users longer.

No activity from admin since 10 days, no payments since more than 2 weeks, no answer to tickets.

Yes definitely now we can say this host is totally SCAM!
