How should a Ideal Webhost be???

I wanted to know all Your reviews on How actually you want a Excellent web-host should be??

I want to Know what exactly you want from a Web-host like - Hosting quality, Support , Plans , etc,,

Do Post whatever You Feel , Everything is Welcome here.

This is what I feel an ideal webhost should be (I mean international hosting company and not a local business hosting)

- Be well versed with the international language (English)
- Support should be on time, like if you state 24X7 support, then it HAS to be 24X7 support. By writing that you presume that you have staff of different timezones and can give support at any time of the day/night.
- Have knowledge of handling servers.
- The advertising sector should be funded and time-by-time increased.
- Appropriate Hosting plans, schemes, etc.
- No bs promises
- 100% legal SLA & good uptime.
- Hosting Design as much simple as it can be.
- Polite Support Staff.

I'd list out more points but I have to goto study now xD

That is something that is really hard to find imho. It also wouldn't hurt, if support staff is able to communicate in full sentences. I often experienced staff that only blurted out something like: give ip, what plan, write ticket (when messaging on icq or live support) and so on.

Get educated people who can read and write proper english and are polite, they also should be able to admit, when the screwed up and not blame the customer.

Just my 2 cents.
