My review
After ordering an account on the server, I paid the invoice immediately with PayPal. After a few hours, the account got set-up and I could see it being active in the support system. Only, they didn't send the IP, login and password after a day because they forgot to send it.

In the time I used this RDP service, every single site I logged into with Firefox on the RDP got a password and email change. Which gave me a lot of trouble to get them back to my email address.
Also, my RDP user account password got changed at a moment so that I couldn't connect anymore to the RDP. After that, my account on their client support system (whcms) got also a password and email change.

I scanned my own computer with Kaspersky, Bitdefender and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware. My computer was clean.
So according to me that means that the 'hacker' gained access to my data because of spyware/rootkits/etc that may be on the server.

I've also had the problem that the server kept crashing and shutting down, this happend for a few days (3-4).

After all those problems, I canceled the service with the option: 'close at end of the billing term'. Since my billing term ended on August 24, they should have given me access to my data until that day. But they closed my account 2 days earlier and I lost my data before I could back it up to my personal computer.
 
I am using MegaRDP 3 months now.

Really good service and and the most important thing for me is their really good support.

They are there to help when you need them.
