A minute ago i recieved an email from paypal regarding a " Not Recieve Dispute " [SLIDE]http://i.imgur.com/icX0Y.png[/SLIDE]

but i already work with him X-(

my question is....

1. can i ignore this one?
2. what if i ignore this one, what will happen?
3. tell me how to resolve this one.

If he wins, yes.

Until the dispute is closed the money will be held by paypal.

If he doesn't close the claim, your balance would be negative. If you don't respond to it within the timeframe provided by PayPal, they'll credit the buyer.
I recommend you to respond to the claim and explain them.

If you ignore it he will win the dispute and paypal will refund him.

What was the payment type? if its goods you will loose as you cant provide a postage tracking number.

Was the item/service linked to a site? you could go and give him some hastle, or check his paypal email and try to hunt him down

Paypal use GeoIp when logging in and will know its a different location

Call Them up, and ask them to close disputes as it is services (hosting), they will close it right away.
It would help if you post any proof ahead before you call them up.

Logging into his account from your IP address is not a good idea.

yup i logging in to his account, he has a lot $$ in paypal but i only cancel the dispute.. i dont touch his money..

He can contact paypal, paypal can search for ip and will lead to your account. If they see that you logged to his paypal they will close your account
