I am unable to login into my filesonic account even tried forgot password but no go. I am receiving an error as "No user found with this email". This is the first time I am experiencing this error with Filesonic. Please see the image in the below link. Please do the needful ASAP.

I am experiencing a problem with making a back up of my files.I select them,hit the copy button,but my file manager does not copy them.Is anybody experiencing the same problem as mine?I have like 100 gb files,so i have enough space for my files.

Please fix folder copy. Today I can't copy folder more than 1000 files. FSN informed: "you can not copy more than 1000 files at once". But move more than 1000 files at once is OK. Before I had no problem with copy folder more than 1000 files. I don't understand why FSN change this covenient option.
