How is possible that FS automaticly take money from your Visa card without your permission to extend your premium account? This is happened to me. I'd to report my credit card to bank to be terminated because of this.
 
Hi mates.

My upload speed to fileserve is very low.
I am uploading with zoom uploader from NL RDP and the speed is about 200KB/sec
Does anyone else have low speed?
 
Ricky, is it possible for you to "clean" my old files (those that haven't been downloaded in the last 60 days)?

The account is Yrathir.
 
Anyone else have slow speeds with ftp?

I can barely get 500kb\s for each file, i have to upload 10 at a time just to get a decent speed.

i know its not my connection since i can upload 1 file to filesonic and it gets 8-10Mb\s easy.

hi host i would like to ask regarding my download count.

my downloaded counts that show in statistic page does not match with the downloaded amount show by my files.

Hence , i do not think my earning would be accurate.

To be precisely , i have 155++ downloads for my files but statistic page says it is only 50++ downloads.

I'm puzzled.

* my file size is around 150++mb

zzz , then i should sticK bacK to filesonic , filejungle and wupload.

both have constantly giving me 250++ downloads per day.

however fileserve , 50 downloads in statistic while 180 downloads in files.

which means , only 1 of 3 can complete the download.

but you see ,

if premium A downloaded file A , I will get 1 download.

then premium A downloaded file B , I will get another 1 download , which is 2 in total.

even if he is premium user , its still counting right?

unless he is downloading the same file twice.
 
Nope.
You will only get 1 point / 24h for ALL files a Premium user downloads.
If a Premium user download 10 files / 24h - you get 1 point in total.

Other file hosts has similar rules.
Go read their FAQs :)

And some hosts has 'hidden' rules.
Some hosts do NOT count EVERY download a free user makes / 24H.
Only a few points pr. free user /24h - no matter how many files they download.
