1) FTP has been fixed and applied to a new server.
2) A new server has been added for webuploads also.
2) The PPD has been fixed for the most part. We just have to fix one more server which will be fixed in today's time itself.
3) Premium Accounts have been extended by 5 extra days.

Ftp again hangs errors.
There is a sale in my stats but the money not added in my account .
Have you seen your own screenshot properly?? Above you can clearly see that you got 25% of reseller sales and the amount. The other $0 is the amount that user earned from his own files. That amount is called referral earnings which doesn't mean anything to you guys right now.
Check your stats again. It will be showing downloads for 19th January...I can confirm that you are getting stats for 19th January.

You still use Zoom? Didn't you get the warning that he/she (the owner of zoom) gets your account information through that software.
Well, it is up to you so need to contact zoom to fix it as it may be connecting to old webserver...and now it needs to connect to the new server.
About FTP - There is 24-48 hours delay in the complete dns propagation. Some users are able to connect to our new FTP server...but some are showing connection through old ftp server. It will take the required time for the DNS to complete its process. It usually take few minutes but this time there is a delay. USA server is showing connection to old ftp server...Indian/some EU servers/countries are showing connection to new FTP server.

when he gave a payout period like from xx-yy, it alway mean = yy+delay.
like my payout period suppose to be from 1st-15th this month now is 20th already still pending.

Most of the payments have been sent. only 2-4 more users are left to receive the payment and they should have it in few hours time.
If you having any more server issues..please let me know and I will check them out asap.
