Haha, good number of referrals - yes, we count each referral properly so you don't miss any sales.

You can add the account details in "Remote Sites" as username:password and then continue to enter the links. I am unable to check as there is some problem with my account. As soon as I get premium account (1-2 days)..will check it again.
