Payment Days : Request between 1st to 15th you will be paid on 30th - 15th and request between 15th to 30th you will be paid on 15th to 1st.
This is our terms since past month. So you will be paid on 30th to 15th of the next month.

Due to large number of PPS users and chargeback rates we have to follow such situation but am sure we will start weekly payments soon
And also now speeds are adjusted
