@ed_estream please stop. You are not capable of fixing anything. I personally showed you via Team Viewer why the link generates slow and after approximative 2 months you did nothing. So please stop coming here and trying to "help" us.

We have asked tech team to add option to disable sub extraction & due to holiday season we werent able to put it in on our production servers. Will let you know if and when we add, till then you can use ftp to upload

hey, any ideas why my account might not be working? am I the only one with this issue?

nevermind.. I was using the email and not the username.

But still... it seems like estream stores passwords in plain text, and that is bad.
